Is everything organic?

Yes. Every blend we make is USDA Certified Organic - from the cacao and chai in our morning blends, to the mushrooms grown in California, to the rooibos and spices in our calm blends.No synthetic pesticides and herbicides, no seed oils, no shortcuts.
Does it have caffeine?

Our blends are no-to-low caffeine. Coffee and Matcha come in at 45mg and 55mg respectively, Original sits at 35mg, Hot Chocolate is barely caffeinated, and Turmeric + Rest are fully caffeine-free. For reference, a 12-oz Starbucks Pikes Place has around 235mg of caffeine.
What mushrooms do you use?

Organic, USA-grown lion's mane, reishi, chaga, turkey tail and cordyceps. Full spectrum, no fillers, third-party tested, and intentionally built into each blend for focus, immunity, and gut support.
What does it taste like?

Each blend tastes like what it is: cacao and chai, real coffee, real matcha, golden milk turmeric, or cozy bedtime spices. Our proteins come in chocolate and vanilla. No sugar bombs. No artificial flavors. Just grounding, functional flavor you actually look forward to.
How do you make it?

Scoop, add hot water, stir or froth, then add milk if you want something creamier. For iced, dissolve in a splash of hot water first, then pour over ice and top with milk.For protein, just add to a shaker bottle or blender with milk (water is ok too) and shake or blend.
When do I drink it?

Morning for energy blends. Anytime for the Nourish Protein,  Hot Chocolate or Turmeric. Evening for Rest. Drink the one that matches how you want to feel.
